Free Ship to Store Service Policy

We offer a Free Ship to Store Service for orders placed online. When selecting this option, your order will be shipped free of charge to our North Vancouver location. Delivery times typically range from 2-15 business days, depending on the product. You will be notified via phone call once your product has arrived and is ready for pickup. A valid photo ID is required when collecting your order.

Cancellation and Restocking Fee Policy:

In the event that you decide to cancel your order after the product has already been shipped to the store, a restocking fee will be applied. The restocking fee will be 15% of the total purchase price of the product, or a minimum fee of $29, whichever is greater. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

By placing an order with the “Ship to Store” option, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

BodyCrafters Return and Exchange Policy

Q1. How do I return an item?

At BodyCrafters, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product(s) within 14 days from the arrival date of your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a full refund, the product(s) must be unopened and returned in their original condition. Additionally, the return must be due to an error on our part, such as incorrect or damaged items.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • In the event of an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a customer preference or error (e.g., incorrect order), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm the conditions are met, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the arrival date.
  • The product must be unopened and in resalable condition.
  • The refund will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product(s).
  • By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Return and Exchange Policy.
Q2. How do I return an item already opened?

If the product(s) are open, they will only qualify for store credit. We can arrange a return within 14 days from the arrival date of your order.

Q3. What’s requirements for return process?

We will require the following information: the order number, the reason for the return, the state of the product (damaged, open or sealed) and the product to be returned to us once we have spoken to you and approved the return.

We need to be contacted to approve the return before the products are sent back to our North Vancouver location.

Q4. I received damaged or defective products.

If the product was received damaged or defective, it can be returned to BodyCrafters within 30 days from the arrival date of the order. We may require the product back, depending on the situation and the manufacturer. Damaged or defective products will qualify for a full refund, store credit, or replacement unit(s) at the discretion of the customer, once the return is approved.

Q5. What is the exceptions?

There are exceptions to the above rules and they apply to the following products. These products are considered ‘final sale’ and there is no refund or exchange on the following:

  • Cosmetic Items
  • Essential Oils
  • Snack Bars
  • Clearance Items (or any items marked as ‘final sale’ on the product page)
Q6. Value more than $250

Returns with a value of more than $250 are subject to a 12% restocking fee. This amount is subtracted from the refund total.

Q7. International Orders

Please note, all international orders are considered FINAL SALE.

At BodyCrafters, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a delightful shopping experience. In instances where the product you receive does not align with your original order at the time of purchase, and the error is attributable to us, we are committed to covering the cost of return shipping for your convenience. However, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding situations where the received product matches your order, but you decide it is not what you intended to purchase or if the order was accidental.

Error from BodyCrafters:

If the discrepancy between the received product and your ordered item is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, size or color mismatch), we will cover the expenses associated with returning the product. You can proceed with the return process without incurring any shipping fees. We will provide you with a return authorization form, which you should affix to the original packaging, and then drop it off at any Canada Post location.

Customer Decision or Accidental Order:

In cases where the product received corresponds to your original order, but you later determine it is not what you intended to purchase or if the order was accidental, the responsibility for return shipping fees lies with the customer. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing it to prevent unintended purchases.
Process for Returns:

Immediately contact our customer support team upon receiving the incorrect product.
Provide essential details such as your order number, a description of the received item, and the observed discrepancy.
Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return at no additional cost to you.

Customer Decision or Accidental Order:

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or accidental order, please contact our customer support team.
You will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping fees in such cases.
Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange following our standard policies.

Ensure that returned items are in their original packaging and condition for efficient processing.
Refunds or exchanges will be promptly processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.
We aim to address any concerns or discrepancies swiftly and efficiently to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Highly Recommend

When returning an item, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information to help ensure its safe arrival. We apologize, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.

We cannot accept the return or issue a refund under any circumstances if the item you’d like to return was ordered more than two months ago, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange.
