Licensed Aesthetician
Shohreh Moavenian is a dedicated and experienced professional who recently joined the esteemed BodyCrafters team. With a rich history spanning over decades in the healthcare and wellness industry, Shohreh’s journey into aesthetics began with her graduation from Vancouver Community College with an Esthetics Certificate in 2023.
Her expertise encompasses a wide array of services including

Her career began in the medical field, where she served as a Community Health Worker at Vancouver Coastal Health from 2012 to 2017. During this time, she conducted invaluable home visits, provided post-discharge instructions to patients, assisted them with medical appointments, and acted as a crucial bridge in communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Before venturing into esthetics, Shohreh accumulated extensive experience as a Care Aide at Vancouver’s Gentle Health Care Seniors Care Centre from 2008 to 2017. Her responsibilities included administering medication, assisting patients with daily activities, and monitoring their health conditions with utmost care and attention.
Her earlier career in Iran showcased her prowess in the medical field, holding roles such as Operation Room Scrub Nurse at Shohadaye Tajrish Hospital, Tehran, and Neurosurgeon Assistant and Nurse at a Medical Clinic from 1992 to 2005. She also served as a Head Nurse in the Surgery Ward at a Tehran hospital in 1991 and gained valuable experience as a Nurse Aide in the Maternity Ward at Omid Hospital and in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Sina Hospital during the late 1980s.
Shohreh’s commitment to community welfare is evident through her volunteer work at Vancouver Community College, where she taught English to newcomers and intermediate students. Her dedication to healthcare and her community was further highlighted in her participation in Vancouver Coastal Health Examinations in 2020.
Fluent in both English and Persian, Shohreh brings a unique blend of technical expertise, compassion, and a strong work ethic to the BodyCrafters team. Her goal is to leverage her diverse experiences and outgoing personality to contribute significantly to the team’s success while delivering top-notch service and care to clients.
