Actions/Indications:
1. Induces sweating, releases the exterior: wind-cold excess pattern
2. Relieves cough, wheezing: wind-cold cough, wheezing
3. Promotes urination, relieves edema: edema with exterior syndromes
4. Disperses cold: Bi zheng, yin sores
Cautions: Weak constitutions, spontaneous sweating from qi deficiency, night sweating
from yin deficiency, wheezing or dyspnea caused by Kidney deficiency, edema from Spleen deficiency, during pregnancy, px with hypertension, Not for px with Liver yang rising or yin-deficient fire. May cause allergic reaction.
