Innovite’s Type 2 Collagen features undenatured collagen that is made up of multiple polypeptide chains linked together. Unlike other collagen, tough undenatured collagen protein is not easily destroyed by the acids and proteases in our gut. Everyday mechanical wear and tear can lead to microscopic damage of the knee resulting in the release of chemicals that cause pain with continued use of the joint.
