Creatine has been used mainly for improving exercise performance and increasing muscle strength.
Creatine is the same as a substance made by your body that is found mostly in the muscles. It helps to provide energy to the muscles.
How to use:
Take this product by mouth as directed. Follow all directions and warnings on the product package. If you are uncertain about any of the information, consult your doctor or one of BODY CRAFTERS’ Naturopathic Doctors.
Measure the dose carefully using a special measuring device/spoon. Do not use a household spoon because you may not get the correct dose.
Drink plenty of water while using this product unless your doctor directs you otherwise.
Possible Side Effects
Nausea, upset stomach, or diarrhea may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor.
Tell your doctor right away if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: muscle cramps, reduced ability to tolerate heat, symptoms of dehydration (e.g., unusual decreased urination, unusual dry mouth/thirst, fast heartbeat, dizziness/lightheadedness).
A very serious allergic reaction to this product is rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Interactions
Before using this product, tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription/herbal products you may use, especially of: drugs that may harm the kidneys (e.g., NSAIDs such as ibuprofen/naproxen), “water pills” (diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide).
This product may interfere with certain laboratory tests (including kidney function tests), possibly causing false test results. Make sure laboratory personnel and all your doctors know you use this drug.
Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with your doctor.
