Returns & Exchange

BodyCrafters aims at customer satisfaction.

If for any good reason you need changes in your purchased order, we do accept returns on orders if you make a claim within 72 hours of receiving the order. All items cannot be opened or tampered with in any way. We can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The refund issued or in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include taxes, shipping, and other delivery charges/fees. All free promotional items (T-shirts, samples, Shaker cups, etc.)  received with your order must be returned along with the product/s for a full refund. (Full refunds may not be granted if these promotional items are not returned). Please contact our BodyCrafters.ca Customer Service Department by email at clinic@BodyCrafters.ca for approval of your return. Copy or the original invoice must be included in the return box. If you are requesting a new product to be shipped out instead of a refund, we will contact you once received, and let you know the amount to re-ship the replacement. Please ensure that you have included your name, address and the original order number along with the product.

If you would like to return a product that you have opened, we may be able to apply (depending on the brand of the product) an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include taxes, shipping, and other delivery charges/fees.

If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, or have an order discrepancy (received wrong item because of an error on our part), we will gladly send you a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label for our Canadian customers to retrieve their item and arrange to have the damaged product sent back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling cost of the item/s to us is the sole responsibility of the customers returning the item. A restocking fee may be applicable.

Regarding the sportswear items you have 72 hours to notify us if you wish to return the item due to size, color, etc.

Clothing must be clean and unworn with the original tags attached. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further inquiry.

When returning an item, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information to help ensure its safe arrival. We apologize, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.

We cannot accept the return or issue a refund under any circumstances if the item you’d like to return was ordered more than two months ago, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange.
