Cancellation and Refund Policy
At BodyCrafters.ca, we want to ensure a transparent and fair process for cancellations and refunds. This policy is designed to protect both you, our valued customer, and our company. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, you must notify BodyCrafters.ca in writing, either via email or other written communication. The cancellation request should be sent to us at least two weeks before the next billing cycle in order to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription period.
- Email for cancellation: [Insert your cancellation email here]
- Phone number for cancellation inquiries: [Insert phone number here]
Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will stop any further billing, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
2. Timeframe for Cancellations
You are required to cancel your subscription at least two weeks before your next billing date to prevent being charged for the next billing cycle. If you cancel within the two-week window, you may still be charged for the next cycle, and no refund will be provided for that payment.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Unused Portion of the Subscription: Unfortunately, once the product is shipped, our company’s policy does not allow for refunds on products that are shipped out, as they are considered non-returnable. This includes eatable products such as supplements and medications, which cannot be resold once they have left our premises.
- Backordered or Discontinued Products: If a product is backordered or discontinued, and you are unable to receive your original order, we will offer you the option to receive a replacement product or cancel the subscription for a refund of the unused portion of the order, as applicable. You will be contacted promptly if there are any such issues with your product shipment.
- No Refund After Shipment: Please be advised that no refunds will be issued after the product has been shipped to you, as per our policy and the nature of the products being perishable and non-returnable.
