Extracted from the sap which oozes from the Commiphora wightii (or Commiphora mukul) tree, guggul contains biologically active compounds which help ease joint pain and swelling.

DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults ≥ 19 years old: Take 2 capsules daily before a meal or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
WARNINGS
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: For adult use only. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have a preexisting thyroid condition; if you are taking beta blockers (e.g. propanolol) or calcium-channel blockers; if you have coagulation disorders and/or are at risk for bleeding or are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications; or if you have hormone-sensitive conditions including breast cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms worsen.
Contraindications: Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you have hypothyroidism.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur (e.g. allergy, dermatitis, or headache); in which case, discontinue use. May cause gastrointestinal upset.
