Recommended Dose:
Adults: 1 Capsule 1-2 time(s) per day. Take with food/meal.

If you have a gastrointestinal lesion/ ulcer, or if you are taking an anticoagulant/ blood thinner, anti-inflammatory, or antibiotic, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Known Adverse Reactions:
Hypersensitivity/ allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner).
