Directions:
Adults take 1 tablet, 1-2 times daily with evening meal or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Recommended Use:
Used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid during times of mental stress and to relieve restlessness or nervousness.
Warning:
Do not use if pregnant or nursing.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Consult a healthcare provider if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen or if you are breastfeeding. Use with caution in cases of extreme diarrhea.
