DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal providing protein or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; or if you have an auto-immune disorder, kidney stones, or diabetes.
Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.
