Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Recommended Use: Black Cohosh is used in herbal medicine to help ease nervous tension and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve muscle and joint pain associated with rheumatic conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and/or fibrositis), and pain associated with neuralgia (such as sciatica).
Caution: Do not use if pregnant. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are breastfeeding, have a liver disorder, develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
