Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
Cautions and warnings:
Cautions and warnings: Not suitable for children. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are using blood thinners; for long-term use; if you have cardiovascular disease; or if you have been diagnosed with an estrogen-dependent cancer.
Contraindications: Do not use if have excess stomach acid, gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), or peptic ulcer disease; or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Known adverse reactions: Occasional nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
