How It Works:
1. Book Your Initial 3D BodyScan Appointment
To get started, you’ll need to visit our clinic or book an appointment online for your full-body 3D BodyScan. This scan provides a detailed composition analysis essential for building your custom plan.
2. Scan Processing Time
Once your scan is complete, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and review the full results.
3. Consultation
After we receive your scan results, we’ll contact you to schedule a consultation—either by phone or in person—to collect additional information about your health, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
4. Plan Development
Following your consultation, please allow up to 2 weeks for our team of Nutritionists and Naturopathic Doctors to complete your fully personalized diet and exercise plan.
Once we’ve received all your intake information, please allow up to 2 weeks for our team to carefully design and deliver your personalized plan.
- Individuals looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve general wellness
- Professional athletes in need of a high-performance plan
- Anyone seeking an expert-designed, science-backed approach to nutrition and fitness
Note: This $300 package includes both the diet plan ($250) and the workout plan ($150), with a bundled discount. If you’re only interested in one of the plans, please contact us at clinic@bodycrafters.ca
Once you receive your personalized diet and exercise plan, we highly recommend working with a certified fitness professional to ensure proper form, prevent injury, and get the most out of your workouts. If you prefer to follow the plan independently, you can also look up each exercise on YouTube—ideally demonstrated by a licensed physiotherapist or chiropractor—to ensure you’re performing them safely and correctly.
