Actions/Indications:
1. Releases the exterior, dispels cold: wind-cold, (vertex) headache or lower back pain
2. Dispels wind, cold, dampness, relieves pain: Bi zheng
Contraindications: heat symptoms, headache caused by blood deficiency or Lr yang
rising. Avoid long term use.
