DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: Mix with vegetable oil for topical application. Use undiluted for direct or steam inhalation. Use diluted for baths. See included insert for details. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. For occasional use only.
WARNINGS

Consult a health‑care practitioner prior to use in case of epilepsy or asthma, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not expose treated areas to the sun for 24–48 h after application.
