Suggested Use
Adults: Take 3 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking medication or natural health product, take this product a few hours before or after them. Take with meal or shortly after following a meal. Maintain adequate fluid intake while taking this product.
Duration of use: For occasional use only.

Cautions and warnings: May cause dermatitis in some sensitive people. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have stomach ulcers or inflammation; if you are taking blood thinners; if you are using diuretics; if you have osteoporosis; if you are using sedatives; if you are taking prescription medications; if you are suffering from edema due to a cardiovascular disorder; if you have a history of kidney stones; if you have fever, painful urination (dysuria), spasms, or blood in urine. Do not use if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face, and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics. Discontinue use and seek immediate medical attention in case of dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat, and/or difficulty breathing. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if you develop any new symptoms. Keep out of reach of children. Call a Poison Control Center immediately in case of overdose or accidental ingestion. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any other medications or natural health products, as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or attempting to conceive; if you are suffering from kidney disease; or if you have a known allergy to Asteracea/Compositae plants.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) and gastrointestinal discomfort have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms of gastric pain, nausea, or vomiting occur; or if symptoms of liver problems occur.
