Suggested Use
Adults – Take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day, or as needed for calming effect. Take 2-3 capsules 1/2 to 1 hour before sleep as needed for relaxation and better sleep. Take 1-2 capsules with each meal for dyspepsia. Or else use as directed by a health care practitioner.
Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks, of if other symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
