Each plant-based, non‑GMO capsule contains 100 mg of vitamin B2 as riboflavin and riboflavin-5′‑phosphate (R5P).

 

Riboflavin ranks among the most critical of the B‑complex group. It’s the catalyst for the metabolism of carbohydrates, healthy fats, and proteins for generation of energy within cells throughout the body. B2 is also essential for tissue formation including skin, hair, and nails. Its synergistic action with other B vitamins, amino acids, and hormones makes the identification of a shortage of B2 and subsequent supplementation a must for ongoing health and wellbeing.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
