Source of protein to assist in building and repairing body tissues. Contributes to the building of lean muscle [tissue/mass] when combined with regular [weight/resistance] training and a healthy balanced diet. A sufficient source of protein for the maintenance of good health.
Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 – 3 Scoop(s) 1 time(s) per day
