Suggested Use
Adults: Take 3 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with water, before meals.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are taking blood thinners or antiplatelet medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Known adverse reaction: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
