Consult your health care practitioner before use if you are taking anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, steroids.
Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal distress( nausea, vomiting, cramps), in this case discontinue use.
Hypersensitivity (allergy) may occur, in which case discontinue use.
