Quercetin

Rutin
Studies have shown that Rutin may also be helpful in combating cataracts, macular degeneration, and free radical damage to the retina. Bioflavonoids are plant pigments that protect the eyes from sunlight damage and are powerful antioxidants that may enhance blood flow to the retina.
Euphrasia officinalis
Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis) is a wild plant native to Europe. Long used in herbal medicine, it’s typically touted as a natural remedy for eye problems. Eyebright contains compounds called tannins, which appear to possess anti-inflammatory properties.
Bilberry
Blueberry and bilberry extracts are also promoted as dietary supplements to help reduce the risk of macular degeneration, the irreversible condition that occurs when the macula, the central portion of the retina, deteriorates. The retina is the tissue at the back of the eye that detects light
