Quality Manufacturing
Cyto-Matrix products are manufactured in state-of-the-art Canadian facilities in Quebec and Ontario.
Cyto-Matrix's manufacturing facility
These facilities hold valid Site Licenses as per the requirements of Health Canada's Natural Health Product Directorate. In accordance with these guidelines, sites must have procedures in place for distribution records and product recalls and for the handling, storage and delivery of their products. They must also demonstrate that they meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
The Quality Assurance Department
This department is responsible for the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). The main goal here is to ensure the integrity of the result of the finished product. All SOP's ensure compliance with GMP requirements. Other responsibilities include:
Editing of protocols and installation, operation and performance qualification implementation
Validation of HVAC, purified water and other systems
Validation of production of lab equipment
Validation of process including manufacturing/cleaning/sterilizing
The Quality Control Department
Quality Control is done throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that the finished product meets the pre-determined specifications for micro-biological and physiological criteria. Raw materials are specifically tested to ensure the highest level of quality.
The Validation Department
Working closely with the QA and QC departments, the Validation department ensures compliance with all regulations and industry standards. In particular, the main responsibilities of this department are:
