Dosing
Recommended Adult Dose: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications or supplements, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Cautions
