Recommended dose:
Adults: Take 5 capsules twice daily with food and at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics or other medications. Take with plenty of water. Avoid taking immediately before bedtime. Effects may be observed within 12–14 hours and may take 2–3 days for full effect.
