Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist and/or worsen. Discontinue use if diarrhea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, or vomiting occur.
