While many supplements use deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL), MegaGuard uses Gutgard®, a unique extract containing more than 50 flavonoids with digestive benefits. Unlike traditional DGL, Gutgard® is standardized to contain over 10% flavonoids and less than 0.5% glycyrrhizin, ensuring that it provides support without the risk of elevated blood pressure or lowered potassium levels. Gutgard® helps relieve occasional indigestion, bloating, and gas with a recommended dose of 150mg/day.
