Recommended dose:
Adults: Take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal). Should not be taken within two (2) hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.
Duration of use:
For temporary use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. (Continue for 6 days, take a 7 day break, and continue for an additional 6 days as required).

Storage:
