Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.

Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
Known adverse reactions: Discontinue use if you experience irritability or insomnia.
