DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults ≥ 19 years old: Take 1 rounded teaspoon (4 g) daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Start-up dosage for the first 4 days: The first day, take ¼ teaspoon; the following day, take an additional ¼ teaspoon (½); up to 1 teaspoon on the 4th day.
