Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2–5 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) to shark cartilage or any of its ingredients, including glucosamine and chondroitin, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience gastrointestinal disturbances (e.g. bloating, abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, constipation, etc.); in which case, discontinue use.
