To support a smooth transition and allow your body to adjust, we recommend starting with a gradual increase in dosage. Follow the protocol below:

If taking 1 capsule every other day causes side effects, such as abdominal cramping, loose stools, or changes in bowel movements, we recommend starting with 1/2 capsule or even 1/4 capsule in some cases.
